GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Adult members are directly responsible for their minor children

Children over 14 years using the pool without supervision are expected to follow club rules. A family may have their membership suspended or revoked as a result of rule infractions by their children.

Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to attend the club without an adult member in attendance.

Non-swimmers will not be allowed in the pool unless an adult supervisor is in the pool at the same time.

Only the Lifeguard is authorized to use the lifeguard platform by the pool. All others are to remain off of this platform.

Only one person at a time is allowed on the diving board.

The lifeguard on duty is the final authority regarding conduct and operation of the pool.  If a member wishes to register a complaint or suggestion regarding pool supervision, it must be done in writing to the Board of Directors.

Persons with coughs, colds, infectious diseases, sores, wearing Band-Aids or bandages are prohibited from using the pool.  (California State Law)

Only garments designed for swimming may be worn in the pool.  Cutoffs, jeans or shorts are forbidden.  Those wearing soiled swimwear may be refused use of the pool at the discretion of the lifeguard.

Boogie Boards are NOT allowed in or around the pool area.

During summer months when lifeguard is present, each person entering the pool must sign in on the register provided.  Names of guests must also be entered.

Bottles or glass containers are prohibited in pool area.

The Pool Director must be notified if any party is to congregate at the club. Please note; reserving a party does not mean other members are prohibited from using the club grounds area as well.   A lifeguard MUST be hired for all ‘Pool’ (not park only) parties.

Parties with DJ’s, bands, or other music must inform all neighboring homes two weeks in advance of the event.

There is no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes on the club grounds.  (This includes pool area, cabana, playgrounds, barbeques, tennis areas, etc.)

Any belongings left at the pool or on the club grounds will be placed in the locked pump room or in the pool area cabinets. The lifeguard or a board member should be contacted to retrieve such articles.

Guests and tennis students must be accompanied by members or the tennis pro at all times when using the court.

Riding bicycles, motorbikes, motor scooters, rollerblading, and skateboarding are prohibited on club premises.  If bicycles are ridden to get to the club grounds, they must be parked outside the pool area and away from the entrance gate to the pool.

Horses, horseback riding is not allowed on club property.

All dogs must be on leash on club property.  No dogs or other animals, except service animals are allowed in the pool area.

Minors (members or guests) are not permitted to consume alcohol or smoke on club premises.  Offenders will be asked to leave and membership privileges revoked.

Club hours are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Gate codes are operational during open hours only.

The pool belongs to all of us.  Please respect it and others by picking up and straightening up any chairs out of place or garbage on the grounds.
